Oakmore Real Estate
Oakmore real estate is located above the Glenview area, and below Montclair. Homes in the Oakmore District tend to be mainly Mediterranean and Tudor style, although there are some custom home as well as other types there too. Many homes in Oakmore have amazing views, because Oakmore is located in a somewhat higher elevation compared to the rest of the City. As you wind up Park Boulevard, the incline becomes steeper and steeper as you make your way toward Mountain boulevard. Liemert is one of the most recognizeable streets in Oakmore, which is right off of Park Boulevard.
Oakmore is home to many long time residents, not as many first time buyers purchase homes in Oakmore because of the higher price point. Like Glenview, residents of Oakmore have several nice restaraunts on Park Boulevard that they can get to by foot. The Blackberry Bistro is probably the most popular eatery in that area. Freeway access to highway 13 is within a half mile, and Interstate 580 is also about a half mile down Park making Oakmore easy to get to from either freeway.
To the East of Oakmore is Lincoln Heights, and to the West is Crocker Highlands.
